Captain Yancey provided exceptional guidance for two novice anglers, teaching techniques, supervising our fishing to maximize success, and taking us to the best fishing spots. He was especially attentive to my 12-year-old son, who landed two wild steelhead that gave an incredible fight—one of them being the largest steelhead Captain Yancey had seen all season! Not only did we catch some fish, but we also got to navigate a couple of exciting rapids. He was more focused on giving us a great experience than rushing through the day. Two thumbs up from us!
